After you order, you will receive confirmation of your order in a download file. A second download Zip file is then sent by email along with installation instructions usually within 24 hours of your order. Orders by Check: If you want to pay by check instead of PayPal, send an email to collyerslegal@yahoo.com. Email us your check number and version of the software that you want and we will send your update. Please send all checks to the address shown at the top of this page. Shipping: Upon approval of your PayPal payment or email of your check number, your software will be emailed for downloading to your computer. You will receive instructions with the download to install the software. If you need help, email us with your question and the best time to call you. We generally call you within 24 hours. Refunds: All of our software comes with a 30 day unconditional guarantee. If you are not pleased with the software, please contact us by email within 30 days. We will reverse the charge on your credit card promptly upon notification. If your order came by check, we will mail you a refund check within 48 hours. Allow 10 working days to receive the refund.
