Shipping: Upon approval of your PayPal payment or email of your check number, your software will be downloaded to your computer. You will receive instructions for downloading the software by email. You will also receive installation and operating instructions. If you need help, email us with your question and the best time to call you. We generally call you within 24 hours. Refunds: All of our software comes with a 30 day unconditional guarantee. If you are not pleased with the software, please contact us by email within 30 days. We will reverse the charge on your credit card promptly upon notification. If your order came by check, we will mail you a refund check within 48 hours. Allow 10 working days to receive the refund.
